deceptively simple, quick weight loss program. It's genius is in the flexibility and mixture
of modalities. Quite simply, it is a diet program that works. It keeps the body's
metabolism at a high fat burning level, while reducing overall weight.
The best part of the

(other than the simplicity and effectiveness) is that it
retrains people to eat according to their own body's
natural rhythms and foods.
It makes the elusive "way of life" goal easily achievable.
